We are fully independent operators. We are not just retailers, wholesalers or other undefined middlemen as we do not depend on manufacturers or other suppliers.

We do not sell products that we do not have a say in and we are not at the manufacturers or wholesalers mercy as to what we can sell and at what price.

We are only selling our own range of products and therefore actually know how our products perform, rather than just depending on the manufacturer’s product description. This means that we are in control. In control of quality, design, product development and price. We do not sell inferior products and we do not cut corners.

We do believe that in terms of quality and price , we offer the best deals available on the market.

All our products are of premium quality, tried and tested by ourselves. We also go the extra mile. Almost all of our products comply with British Standards BS 5852: Part 2: 1982, Furniture & Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (even most of our pet products comply).
